The description of this item clearly states: "Box contains 24 Blind Foil Packs containing a character from the anime Each character is approximately two inches tall, meticulously detailed, and seated in an adorable pose" It is not until the end of the description that it hints that there is only one figure by saying that the weight is .5 ounce on only one item. Very misleading and devious!! If/when I ever place another order with Target, I will surely investigate thoroughly first
