This exfoliating lotions works wonders. The exfoliating beads are small enough so it’s gentle for your skin but still gets off all the dead skin cells. I used this on my daughters arms and they are so much smoother then they used to be.

I have to admit I was thoroughly impressed by this lotion! It was creamy not greasy, absorbed well and had the loveliest bright scent reminiscent of light floral notes. Although listed as grapefruit I LOVE the scent and texture and after several applications and over several days of use I did notice that my skin was softer. The labeling and brand weren't anything to write home about but the ingredients and quality really shine and I will be looking for other varieties as it does exactly as it claims! As a full disclosure, I did receive this item in exchange for my honest feedback. Any opinions are my own.

This exfoliating body lotion is pretty nice. It smells really good with fruit and floral notes. Not to overwhelming though. It goes on nicely without any sticky residue and helps to reduce bumpy and rough skin. I used it on my arms and it reduced the roughness while keeping me hydrated.

I’m not a fan of this lotion. The smell (grapefruit) it’s not appealing to me at all! It seems a bit of a smell my grandmother liked in the 90’s. I also question whether or not this stuff actually exfoliates. I see it’s hydrating but nothing in it gives an exfoliating sensation.

This lotion is amazing. It leaves your dry spots feeling super soft and a lot healthier. It works so well that even my husband insists on using it. It also smells great. Doesn’t smell overly medicated like similar products can. The tube is a great size so you definitely get a great value when buying this. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this exfoliating body lotion! It is pink grapefruit scent and it smells wonderful! It really is an amazing lotion to use to hydrate your skin! It feels like it lasts until I wash my hands. I can really feel a difference when I don't put it on. It's not oily either which I freaken love!

Pleasant scent, but didn’t seem to have a big impact on exfoliation, I felt like it needed more rough particles to get the job done. I have super sensitive skin and this did not cause any issues. Would likely happily use again

Lotion left my skin feeling so soft and smooth cant wait to see results after finishing the bottle. It also smells great an Bottle says it's paraben free and free from drying alcohols and artificial fragrances so thats a plus!

It’s your standard lotion. I didn’t notice anything extra special or soothing with this one, but it worked fine just the same. Sometimes lotions can feel too thin and watered down, but this definitely did not feel that way. It moisturized well, although I had some rough skin/eczema on my hands and there was a bit of burning/stinging sensation in those areas, so I wouldn’t recommend if you have extra dry/cracked skin. Otherwise, it’s fine and smells delicious!

I have been using this lotion for a few weeks now and my skin feels very soft and smooth. This lotion is hydrating and not a harsh exfoliant. The scent is a bit stronger than I like to wear but I do wear this about every other day.

The smell is a light pink grapefruit, nothing overpowering. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Cream is silky and blends into skin quickly. Skin is left moisturized and nourished. Lactic acid is not abrasive and does not sting when using after shaving. Great lotion to help reduce bumpy, rough skin!

This lotion was really nice. It does have an odd smell, but if you can get past that it works well. It removed some bumps I had on my arm. It’s really smooth, pretty moisturizing. It’s a little smaller than I expected but still a good value

Amazingly smooth and soft is how my skin feels after using this and it smells good! This lotion is creamy and richly scented. It doesn’t leave the skin oily or slick, just moisturized. It’s not rough at all and has no “scrub” like feel.

This lotion is great for all kinds of rough skin- not just keratosis pilaris. I have chronically rough heels and it has helped so much with the appearance and texture of my skin. I'm not sure why it says "KP body scrub" on the tube, as it is not a scrub at all, but a chemical exfoliator. I like the smell of real grapefruit, but I don't care for the artificial grapefruit scent of the lotion. It's not a deal breaker, though, since it works so well.

I was worried about the texture of an exfoliating lotion but it's no different than a regular, moisturizing lotion. It smells good. The citrus smell is light and sweet without being overwhelming. I wear prime do i don't like the lotion scent too take over. This doesn't. It's pleasant. It doesn't leave your skin greasy and shiny. I use it on my arms able so far so good!

I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to try out this pink grapefruit exfoliating body lotion from Dermasuri after reading that it was supposed to help with KP since I am a long time sufferer. Not only did this product not help, it actually made the KP on my arms worse. I really like the citrusy smell but it was very sticky and never seemed to absorb into my skin completely. I know everyone’s skin is different and I do hope others can benefit from this product but unfortunately I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

This lotion smells great! Texture is nice and easy to apply. I’ve been using it for a week and have only noticed moisturizing benefits but not exfoliating yet. Packaging is easy to use and on the smaller size that can fit in a purse.

I've been enjoying this lotion so far and love the concept. It's exfoliating without being gritty. It has a very nice, natural fruity scent. Being a scent sensitive person, with sensitive skin in general, it does not bother my skin at all.

This was a nice idea and I have very bumpy thighs that I was hoping would benefit from this product. For a lotion, I found the consistency a bit thin and wished it was a bit thicker. I did not really enjoy the smell. When you open it the smell is not that bad and it’s a faint, nice hint of grapefruit smell, but when you have more and you’re putting it on you, the smell changes and it smelled like chemical sweetness, which I didn’t like. After regular use for two weeks I didn’t notice any difference in the texture or appearance of my skin.
