I have tried so many diaper rash brands and the purple Max Strength Desitin is the best around. Only product that helped my babes diaper rash. The consistency of the cream is thick but spreadable, and not watery. I don’t know how many times I used another competitor brand and it was watery when squeezing from the tube.

It has talc and fragrance which I’m not a fan of. On top of it having fragrance it still smells like fish from the cod liver oil. If you’re looking for something without those you can go to the dollar tree and they have a maximum strength diaper rash cream with everything Destin has except it doesn’t contain the talc and fragrance. Works better at a cheaper price without the smell!
