unfortunately it's far too fragrant for me and the return window has passed. I thought it was fragrance free :(

Has fragrance in it. Why is anything labeled for sensitive skin contain fragrance. The packaging is also extremely similar to the other version of this soap that's fragrance fee. Why have refills with fragrance instead of fragrance free refills!

It absolutely stinks! It smells like toxic chemicals and not a pleasant scent at all.

I usually buy the method gel hand soap refill, but they were unfortunately out of stock when I desperately needed more soap. So I settled for this one out of desperation. For the price and the amount you get it’s honestly great, BUT I hate the soap itself. It seems like it’s mostly water and does not even lather up your hands enough. So then you try to grab more to get a good lather going, which eventually makes you use even more. I’d rather pay a higher price for a better quality soap that does the job good.

It has been drying my hands and nails terribly. I like the aloe scent and no heavy perfume stuff. On the natural side and I like the antibacterial but it is drying my skin out. So I have to find something else.

I have bought Dial products for years. I love their Spring Water body wash and have never had any problems, until I bought this soap. I had not tried it before, but considering I have sensitive skin and I love aloe I figured I'd buy the big bottle. I didn't think to smell it when I put some in my hand soap dispenser, which was a mistake. After the first use, the back of my hands became dry and splotchy which has happened before when I've used liberally fragranced soaps. Then the smell hit me. I am sensitive to smells and was not expecting such a potent scent from an aloe soap. Unfortunately, my sensitivity to smells triggers migraines which is exactly what happened. I tried washing my hands off with another soap, but even after a few washes the smell lingered. I was not expecting the smell nor the harshness on my hands from a product labeled "sensitive". I will continue to use my tried and tested Dial products in the future, but for anyone else with sensitivities like me, I'd recommend steering clear of this one.

Is this soap supposed to be watery and messy? It pours like a gel, but comes out of the soap dispenser very thin and watery. It makes a mess on the counter and in the sink. You need multiple pumps to get enough in your hand to get a lather. Total junk from Dial! I’m tempted to return it.

Geat product and good size bottle.

After learning about dyes and how hazardous they are to our health, our skin is our biggest organ so being able to find a dye free soap was amazing! It still smells great. I don’t understand why companies still used dyes in their hand soap, but it definitely does not need dyes.

It’s so watery and doesn’t make suds. Would not recommend!!
