This is very fine flaked salt. It is not like Maldon salt, if you’re looking for the big pyramid shapes. I will use it when a lighter salt is needed.

Came from Michigan and was a harden block of salt. What appeared to be flaky salt packaged in plastic was just not. After opening box it was hardened into shape of box. Will return. Not at all what I expected.

I bought this on a whim when shopping for baking supplies. This salt is awesome! It adds just the right amount of savory sprinkled on top of brownies and great flavor when used to season steaks, chicken, etc. Will definitely buy again!
