Dinty Moore Gluten Free Beef Stew - 15oz

Lots of potatoes and carrots but WHERE'S THE BEEF!!!Do I have to add my own?! Won't buy again.

Had Dinty Moore Beef Stew today and developed a severe case of eye strain, looking for the meat. More appropriate name may be Dinty Moore Vegetable Stew We have used this product for decades. It was a favorite. NO LONGER.

Tastes nothing like it used to.I'm tired of having to dig out the carrots and potatoes that have bad spots.Way too many.Brown spot one thing toss it, totally rotten piece, it all goes to the trash.

I love taking this stew camping. It still hit the spot just like when I was a kid. I just don't like how expensive the great tasting stew is. But overall I love it with bread noodles and pot pie felling.

I am nearly 85 years old and I have been eating this stew for at least 60 of those years. This product has not changed noticeably in all that time. My wife of 63 years and I enjoy this several times a month. A can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew and a couple of slices of bread and butter topped off with a small glass of milk make a perfect dinner for the two of us. Keep it commin' ....

My only issue is sometimes you'll get a can that's watered down, everything is literally floating and other times you get the thick sauce (the way I prefer it), that's really my only complaint

I I'll not be purchasing Dinty Moore stew again. It looks like throw up and taste even worse.

It is nothing like it used be. I will not purchase again.

It used to have cubes of beef and I really used to enjoy it. Now, it has only a few crumbly shreds of beef, less than a cheap can of dog food and it has also become extremely salty. Very sad that it has deteriorated so greatly. Will not be buying again.

I grew up on the beef stew. The roast beef used to be the best part. Now it's some mushy stuff. I will not buy again unless you change back to the good beef. Cheaper isn't better.

There is no chunks of beef like there used to be. Actually there is very little beef in it. Does not look like picture on can. Mostly potatoes and carrots.

As the title says, I don't like canned soup at all. But on a whim, I decided to try this one. WOW. Excellent flavor and the chunks of beef were hearty in size and bursting with flavor! This was a great quick lunch to make for myself, and it was affordable. I will definitely continue to buy!

I have always loved Dinty Moore beef stew and still do ! If I don't have any in the pantry then its time to go to the store . Keep up the good job.

Dinty Moore use to be a quality product and a very good meal. The beef was not chopped as it is now days. It was made with slow cooked tender beef chunks. Hard to tell what your getting now. Probably a mixture of by products.

I have been eating dinty moore stew for a long time. If you could just cut the salt content in half I think it would still taste good.

As most others have said this is no longer the beef stew of our childhood...it could easily be the same as beef stew is a simple enough endeavor but it's a weak version of what we all remember with less hearty ingredients and diminished flavor. Won't be buying again.

C'mon. This is the best you can do? I will have to keep looking around for a good stew. I like that it's gluten free and seed oil free, I guess. Otherwise am disappointed that the stew I used to like so much seems to have changed a lot. It's more like Chunky Soup now. Also, what's withe the 2.5 servings per can nonsense? Who eats a .5 serving? Why? Who thinks this nonsense up? Also, why don't you follow Coke's lead and make a Dinty Moore Beef Stew Classic. I would gladly pay more for it.

In a pinch this products exceeds other similar canned meals. It's an all American favorite sure to please any time of the year! Thank you!

A tangible link to a simpler time, to childhood dinners and the comforting mundane before the world exploded. I grabbed every last can, my heart pounding with a resurrected anticipation. This was it, the taste of 'before.' I ripped open a can, fork in hand, ready for that hearty, chunky embrace. What I got instead was... gravy. Gravy with aspirations. A few pale cubes of what I generously assume were potatoes, a couple of shriveled carrots, and a vague, disturbing hint of 'beef-flavored' something. Where was the meat? The robust, satisfying chunks that anchored my youthful memories? This wasn't stew; it was a thin, beige disappointment, a culinary ghost of Christmas past. I survived Vietnam, only to be killed by modern Dinty Moore. The irony is not lost on this newly undead palate. Perhaps some things are best left in the past, or at least, left un-resurrected. If this is what passes for beef stew these days, maybe oblivion wasn't so bad after all
