Really nasty noodles and broth was just as awful.

The tasiest healthy ramen Ive ever had and didnt make me feel like crap after. I just wish it was cheaper cause I cant afford a $4 packaged ramen

Stop whining about the taste of these noodles. If you want top ramen then go buy it. This is a protein product for people with protein goals and it’s a good one. Flavorful, adaptable, and easy to make. Don’t ruin it for those of us who want Target to continue carrying this product.

Noodles were so disgusting and the broth wasn’t good at all! I was curious and now I totally regret even trying it!

I love these!!! Now full disclosure I only eat the noodles (I don’t add the broth packet) but when my family orders Chinese or Thai I pull one of these out to add to my chicken or beef and vegetables and it’s delicious! I’m pretty picky about low carb noodles…. I can’t do the hearts of palm noodles (yuck) so I don’t understand the negative reviews here! Even my super picky husband likes them!

This is literally the worst ramen I have ever had. Like, EVER. The WORST. I keep trying to eat it because I don't want to waste the packages I have, but I just can't choke it down. The noodles are like thick hard plastic, and the seasoning has no flavor. 0/10. Do not recommend.

I wanted to try it even though the price point is high for ramen. Being Type 2, I try to avoid regular ramen. Don't follow the prep instructions. This is how I prepared it. Let the noodles boil for at least 10 minutes so that it has almost the same consistency as regular ramen. Drain it and rinse thoroughly and that will get rid of the smell others complained about. Then, use your own bone broth (I used beef bone broth) and not the water you used for boiling the ramen. Use half the seasoning packet as well. I added some beef for added protein too. The noodles do NOT atttach to any of the broth or flavor at all, which is a bummer so yes they are bland. But it's got almost the same consistency and a good source of protein. For a rare once in a while treat it's ok. I would only buy more if they lowered the proce to $1 or less. $4 is a ripoff but wanted to trry once.

After reading all the bad reviews, I'm glad I still gave this instant ramen alternative a try. Suffice it to say, I can tell now all the bad reviews were written by people who don't culturally know how to cook ramen and just ate it out of the packaging expecting it to have everything in the pictures lol 🤣 this is an awesome healthy alternative to INSTANT ramen. I added seasoning, chicken, egg and more to get the flavor and dish I want. My only gripe would be the spicy isn't spicy at all and I wish the portions were bigger. They spent more money making the packaging nice but the product could be better. Also, the cooking instructions are horrible. Any Asian person would never cook instant ramen like so maybe that's why the reviews are so bad. Definitely cook it longer and cook the noodles with the seasoning and anything else you add like chicken, beef, eggs and veggies. This isn't pho lol.

I dislike The fact that they use deceptive marketing to make you purchase a ramen that is of less quality that is not healthier for you than regular ramen doesn't have everything that it shows on the package, just a packet of powder which is not spicy at all and some disgusting noodles that don't even properly cook. It literally tastes like I'm eating wheat bread with dirty water. Do not buy this. Save yourself from ingesting any of this garbage

I like the flavor can't use the whole packet it's to much salt, noodles aren't the same as Romen of course but they are good not bad, for the protein I'll take it!

This was by far the worse ramen. We tried three flavors and could not eat any of them. What a waste!

I've been an Immi fan for years! As someone who lives a low carb lifestyle, I so appreciate that I can still enjoy ramen without spiking my blood sugar. The texture is the noodles is perfect in my opinion. Doesn't get mushy like regular ramen but still very tender with a chewy bite to it. For all those complaining about the sodium content - sodium retention is only a problem on a high carb diet. On low carb or keto you actually need more sodium because the kidneys flush it out efficiently. The spicy beef flavor is my FAV. Not super spicy but very flavorful! If you want a better for you low carb high protein option - Immi is it! I can't recommend enough. It's my favorite treat meal

The matte finish of the package has a nice feel to it and the color is bright and cheery. It provides a false sense of security and anticipation as it successfully camouflages the horrors contained inside. The aroma is an unusual combination of fermented bamboo, Pay Dough, and dust; it should not be cooked indoors without good circulation. Cooked as directed, it is inedible as the noodles will still have sharp edges and will be crunchy. Extending the cook time an additional 10 minutes failed to make the noodles enjoyable to eat. The seasoning mix did not incorporate well; some bits remained gritty. It was a unanimous decision, which included the dog, that this ramen should be avoided at all costs. There are far too many options for high protein/low carb foods to make this an option. 15 out of 10 do not recommend.

Best low carb noodles! It’s great that they’re vegan too. I like to jazz these up with a boiled egg and veggies. They’re made for a low carb diet, don’t expect them to taste like normal ramen! I’m so thankful these are at Target now, I was paying $7 a pack for them at a specialty grocery store. The texture is different at first but I found myself craving them after the first pack.

Ramen tasted surprisingly great! Was extremely skeptical about trying them from how non-sponsored reviewers rated them. I cook the noodles for 6 minutes, and add the seasoning at the last 2 minutes so the noodles can soak up as much flavor as possible. The ramen tasted like grainy egg noodles, not at all terrible. Broth tasted like peppered beef broth, not too unbearably spicy which i enjoy enough. They’re healthier than your average ramen so they’re definitely pricier but a LONG SHOT! So i would get these noodles again only if they’re discounted! I’ve bought 20 packs from Target already on two separation promotions: buy 2 for $5 and 25% off!

I don’t think people understand this is a HIGH PROTEIN, low carb, ramen alternative. Of course it’s different and not “as good” as real ramen but for the macros and low to no glucose spike, it’s AMAZING! If you’re used to stuffing your face with ramen on the regular, you’ll dislike this. If you’ve been watching your carbs, or avoid sugar, you’ll love being able to destroy a super tasty bowl of ramen once again. Ramen is one of my favorite meals, but being type 1 diabetic, I avoid it because of the glucose spike it causes. This is the BEST high protein, low carb noodle/ramen option out there. I add some soft boiled egg, sprouts, even some sliced chicken or beef in mine. I even add some sriracha and lime and cilantro sometimes. It’s DIVINE and totally satisfies the ramen craving for me.

If you like beef/beef broth you will probably like the flavor. I’m not big on beef, but it was a spicy beef option so it intrigued me. Noodles are fine - they are a different texture than the cheap ones but that’s to be expected. If you like beef broth you may like it and I’ll recommend it. It’s barely spicy at all so that was a let down for me. Glad I tried it though. If Target has a chicken version in stock I’ll try it. I wanted to try this for the extra protein. Someone mentioned it has more salt - eh - drink more water lol. But at this time, I would choose the cheaper stuff OR the expensive Momofuku - that stuff is really good.

The ramen flavor is fine. I am highly disappointed with the shape it arrived. All the noodles are broken. It should have been packaged with padding.

I was looking forward to seeing if these were a "healthier" alternative to other i stant noodles. The flavor was just okay, the texture was horrible. Not chewy or bouncy. Just broke apart and felt somewhat rubbery? Like a crumbly old rubber band in broth. The fat content was shockingly high on top of it all! You're so much better off getting any kind of instant noodles and just add more veggies and lean protein to make it more well rounded.
