A: Taste good but definitely not healthy. Very high in sodium and trans fat, they also contain "Tertiary-butyl hydroquinone" which is barely edible.

literally who doesn’t like ramen? yes it’s high in sodium. yes it’s basically one of the cheapest foods you can buy. But does that stop me from buying it? No!! I love how cheap it is, and I love the ramen. And It’s great for when you’re sick, nothing hits the spot more. If you’re like me, a poor college student, this is basically our daily dinner at least 3/7 days of the week haha

Add some dry beans, like dehydrated beans and cheese and chicharron and Doritos. Maybe some Fritos and some Valentina or Frank’s Buffalo sauce and man oh man this is a great poor man’s meal but delicious.
