These noodles take me back to my youth without the guild of putting crap into my body. High protein and lower salt- Yes please! I cook them longer than suggested on packaging to make the noodles a bit softer with still some chew to them. Definitely suggest if you're looking for an alternative to those "other brands."

My MUST HAVE for work lunches
I've been eating these for almost 2 years. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. The noodles taste like any protein pasta. The broth is great- I add extra water to make it more filling. Seriously no one meal has ever gotten me through the workday without hunger like this. Target has the best price, add that to your 5% discount and I was able to stock up and save.

Not good
This is so bad. Both the seasoning and the noodles themselves are awful. The seasoning tastes very strongly of coconut and the noodles have a really strange taste. Don't buy, just eat a smaller portion of regular noodles.

we like them. you definitely have to cook the noodles about 15 minutes. I add ginger, soy sauce, spicy sesame oil, veggies, egg and chicken. just like I would to any Ramen, I doctor it up and I love it.

Cut packaging
Before I opened the box I could smell the delightful smell of these noodles and the seasoning. Only when I opened it did I realize why. There was a giant cut in one of the packs of noodles and their seasoning which leaked all over the rest of the noodle packets and box. This was obviously a packaging error.

Not bad if you cook it for good 10 to 15 min
Really good if you cook it for 10 to 15 min so the noodles are chewy but if you cook it less it’s hard like cardboard. Soup base I add fresh garlic, sesame seeds and scallions. I only use a little bit of soup packet.

Helped me lose weight!
Because I threw it up. Smells foul, tastes terrible. I'm so confused how this product passed any quality assurance, I've never eaten and smelled a food item so rancid.
