Customer service station
When I picked up the item which was on time, the customer service station was completely cluttered disorganized, and the employee manning the station asked meto wait a few minutes while he finished the conversation with another employee who was on his dinner break. He asked me my name and walked away saidhe'd be back in a few minutes not explaining what he was doing, and came back and handed me the item. The face-to-face transaction was unprofessional, and I thought you folks should know about it.

Do not buy! Overpriced!
This track is terrible for the price. My son barely plays with it. The cars that come with it are plastic. Big waste of money for $35!

Only giving it 2 stars because we do like the cars itself but the track is such bad quality . The lever is so hard to use specially for kids . The track is just weirdly shaped in general and so so not worth 35$ the yes the sign is a piece of cardboard you place on top. And most of all it doesn’t glow

Super cheap and disappointing. The copper canyon sign is just card board that barely stand up in the back. This could not have been made any cheaper if they tried. This was a gift so we are keeping it but if I spent my money on this it would be going back:

This set is dollar store quality for *significantly* more money. Part of it is flimsy cardboard?? On a children’s toy?! The plastic is also quite thin, if it were any thinner this would be a one time use /disposable item. It’s not going to last or hold up to anything but the gentlest play session. If it weren’t already assembled I’d return it.

Really cheaply made toy. You just place stickers and cardboard on the toy. The elevator is incredibly difficult for kids to maneuver. The only valuable part are the cars.

I thought this looked like a great buy for our 3 yr old, but upon assembly, I was pretty disappointed. It doesn’t really glow or do anything to keep him engaged, so after about 2 mins he decided to play with something else. I keep trying to get him to go back to it, but he’s just not interested. Def not worth the money.
