Disney Baby Disney MagicSquad 3-in-1 Harnessed Booster Car Seat

Our oldest son recently turned 5 and he's outgrown his original baby car seat (backward to forward-facing). We received the Disney Baby MagicSquad 3-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and we were immediately impressed! The seat has very soft, almost velvety fabric with removable pads and strap covers. Our son loves Mickey (of course!), and the black and red colors match the interior of our SUV. Right out of the box, the seat is ready to go and was surprisingly easy to install. Our son said he feels "grown-up" being in the forward-facing harness booster instead of his old "baby seat." He's pretty tall for his age so the multi-positioning back comes in super handy as it can be adjusted to different heights. When the time comes, the back can be removed completely and the seat will remain installed as a backless booster. Disney's MagicSquad 3-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat will easily be the last seat we'll ever need for our son!

Out of the box I was already impressed! It was easy to install (we love the Latch system most car seats use now) and the red accents were a nice change from previous (pink) seats we've had. Everything was pretty straight forward and the manual was detailed and helpful. I love that the cup holders are easy access and dishwasher safe. My kids are disgusting so that's a huge plus for this tired mama, haha. The kiddos seem comfortable and the grow with me feature, to adjust as your kid grows, is perfect. We've owned other seats with similar features but this one is slimmer and far less clunky than others we've used. I love that it has a small footprint in the car, we're a family of five and things easily get cramped. I don't love that removing the seat padding is a little complicated and only a few pieces can be machine washed (my oldest gets car sick, I NEED to machine wash from time to time.) I think for long trips I'll probably grab some disposable seat liners just in case. All in all I think this seat is great, parent friendly, and my kids love the Disney design. While we received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel I would happily pay for it. It's a good price point and a great value knowing the my kiddos can use it for several years until they age out of child seats altogether. Three kids in, this booster is my fav by far and if we decide to go for baby number four this seat will be in my next registry for sure.

The opinions contained in this review are strictly my own so here we go, this Disney Baby Magic Squad 3-in-1 Harness Booster car seat it's so versatile more so than any other car seat that I ever came across. It is so comfortable that my baby is able to nap in style. The car seat has different features that allow you and your baby to transition from a baby car seat to a booster chair. It's pretty much like the car seat grows with your child and that's a good idea in my opinion. We all know that children grow pretty fast and for that reason having a chair a car seat that transitions from being a car seat to keep your baby safe to a booster chair while he's growing is prime time in my opinion. It has to removable cup holders so that you can also keep them clean and hygienical for your baby. The patted seating is removable machine washable and dryable. I enjoy that this seat is Disney themed because my baby loves Mickey Mouse. This product was really easy to install in the vehicle whereas most baby car seats are difficult to even try and figure out how they work. Lucky for me this product was super easy to understand the instructions and how to assemble it and also how to use it to get the most out of the chair. This chair is going to last me a long time. Because it is well made it is super sturdy, I know that is going to be durable it is well made. I got a color that I love which is black and red, my son loves being in his car seat as long as he's feed and changed our day is so much easier because he's snuggled up in his car seat with his blanket. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Stellar Panel for allowing me the opportunity to test and review such a superb baby product. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am at the opportunity that my son and I were able to test this product and I'm able to give my honest opinion on the product.

I received this 3-in-1 car seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion. We have been using this car seat for a few weeks and are pleasantly surprised with not only its functionality, but also its slim size. The back seat of my husband's car is a tight squeeze with two convertible car seats that I was concerned we wouldn't be able to fit a third car seat when we have another baby. I am so glad I found this car seat, because it is so slim I have no worries that we will be able to fit 3 car seats in the backseat. Finding a slim car seat within our budget has been difficult because I want something that can grow with my almost 5-year-old, but I'm nowhere near ready for him to be without a 5-point harness. I love that this car seat has the ability to transform from 5-point harness to high back booster, and then eventually to a regular booster seat. That is like having 3 car seats in one! It's a huge weight lifted off our shoulders knowing that we can expand our family without worrying about upgrading our car. Plus, what kid doesn't love Mickey?! We are going to Disney in May and this car seat is definitely joining us on our trip. It's lightweight and easy to install, making it a no brainer for the plane ride and rental car.

I received this product for free for my honest review. The Disney Baby MagicSquad 3-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat is not just a beautiful car seat, but it is absolutely safe. I would not put my kids in a risky situation, that is why I always follow all safety rules when it comes to cars. This car seat is a great investment, my kid will be able to use it in all 3 stages. It was very easy to install and the instructions were not really needed, except that I like to be on the safe side, and like I mentioned before I would rather do everything needed when it comes to my children's safety. The colors of the car seat I received are perfect for my boys and even if I had a girl I know I would still pick this same colors. The red really stands out and being a Mickey Mouse inspired car seat, I know most kids would be very excited to have one, at least my kids are.

He is at the point where we are almost ready to transition to a booster but he's not quite there yet. This seat will grow perfectly with us and doesn't sit as high off the seat as our all in one car seat does. It is a five point harness for now but you can take off the harness and transition to a backed or unbacked booster using the seatbelt. It has a lot of additional padding and easily accessible cup holders(really like the cup holders actually!) Drawback: This buckle is harder for my 4 year old to unbuckle himself. He struggled with our other car seat too so it's possible that he just needs more adjustment time (we've had this about two weeks). It's really only for this reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

I received this product to review as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall it's a pretty decent seat. Install was about average for this type, but easier than others I've tried. The material wasn't as nice as I had hoped, but it's fine for a second vehicle.

First off, I was lucky enough to receive this booster seat through the Stellar Review Panel. Normally, I wouldn't buy anything Disney-branded, but the design on the Mickey Blogger is so subtle, that I don't mind. It looks like a nice red and black seat. This seat is exceptionally lightweight! I thought it would be nice for flying since it's so light and easy to move around. Another thing that I liked was, as shown in my photo, the cover on the back lifts up to make it easier to run the belt through the back. This is much more convenient than trying to fumble through not being able to see where the seatbelt is. I think this might be the easiest seat to install that we have. My 4 year old was very excited about the new seat. He says it's comfy and likes the cup holders. Some things that I didn't like are the harness belts. They seem to get twisted up a lot more often and quicker than our other car seats. I'm a little dubious about the safety, again, compared to a full car seat. The chest buckle is thinner and, because the seat is lighter, I'm not sure what that means for impact absorption. In full disclosure, I haven't had the time to do all the research on it yet, but, to appease my nervous mind, I'll likely switch back to a full car seat for longer drives. I am a bit crazy for safety and I might just not be used to a booster seat yet. Another aspect I didn't like was that I couldn't get the LATCH belt tight enough. I like the double anchors, but I did need to use the car seatbelt in order to get the seat secure enough. My son says that he feels bumps more in this seat, which makes me wonder if it's less padded than his old car seat. If you love Disney, are used to a booster seat, and are looking for something lightweight and easy, this would be a good choice. I would recommend this for air travel and for a seat needed to switch easily between multiple cars.

This car seat is lighter than most of our other car seats and a slimmer design. The manual was straight forward and explained the specs of the car seat well. The car seat was easy to install efficiently. I don't feel this car seat was a sturdy, cushioned and safe for my kiddos as someone of the other options we have purchased over the years. I really didn't like the inability to wash the car seat as kiddos tend to get it dirty quick!! We received this product to test from Stellar Reviews.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this car seat to me to review. I have to start off by saying if I purchased it myself it would going back to the store. From unboxing the item it was difficult to install. The instructions are minimal and after spending nearly an hour trying to tighten the anchor system I gave up and installed it with the seat belt. I was so looking forward to this car seat because it's a 3 in 1 but it's a no. I spend a lot of time in the car with my kids and within 30mins of being in the seat my 4 year old complains it's too hard. The padding is very very thin and I certainly don't blame her. As a busy parent I have enough planning and calculating to get my kids in the car. A comfortable and reliable car seat is a must and for that I do not reccomend this for kids who spend d a lot of time in the car.

I was really excited to receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel because my twin 4-year old girls will soon be ready for a booster seat, but not just yet. It's a very versatile car-seat that can easily transition to a different stage. It can't be your baby's first car-seat because it is only forward-facing, but it can definitely be a great option from age 2 until your kid sits on a regular seat . For a character product, the design is not bad. My kids were excited to see the Mickey! The quality seems okay, but it doesn't feel as robust as my more high-end car-seat. I think it's pretty on par with the price-range, not better and not worse. The buckle is a bit hard/tight to unbuckle, so I'm not sure that my girls can open themselves. Overall, it's a good option that can work for a number of years!

This combination seat is fantastic in many ways! It would make a great travel seat for using in different vehicles, it is lightweight & narrow, or as a primary seat. I absolutely love the lower anchor weight limit of 55lbs! Installing the seat took less than 5 minutes to get a proper fit. The fabric is very soft, smooth, lightweight, (& doesn't pill!) & easy to wash. The removable dishwasher safe cup holders are a game changer for an easy quick clean up. The headrest & strap covers are super plush making it great for kids who sleep in the car. It has such easy smooth buckles to open & close that they are the best on any seat I have. The two booster seat modes give a great fit on age appropriate kids. The top harness strap/booster belt guide height isn't the highest but it still provides a great fit for most kids; if there were a couple extra taller headrest heights it would be the perfect seat! I also love the low sides so my child can get in on her own. I have to mention again how easy & fast it is to clean & install this seat! The colors & Mickey Mouse designs on the cover are a huge bonus, it has become my child's favorite seat. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this seat!

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The package came in a big box, but the great part was there was little to put together. It was a cute style, easy to maneuver, and lightweight. My toddler loved the design and we enjoyed the cup holders on both sides, and the transitional option for different weights. My son will soon be transitioning to a high back booster, which makes this seat so adaptable and perfect! I would recommend this seat to anyone looking for a durable, functional, and cute carseat.

We were in the market for a second seat for my almost four year old, so I was super excited to receive this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The good, It's our first time not being in a rear facing convertible, so the sleek design was well received! My daughter feels like such a big kid and loves the Mickey Mouse images. We all love the cup holders! The buckles and exposed harness button are so easy to use. There's not digging around in a hole with your finger to release the harness. It's a feature I didn't even know I needed. The seat is easy to adjust to get the right fit on your child. The so-so, I had a fairly hard time getting a tight install on this seat. It has no features to help with install and is narrow at the belt path, which placed the latch system release button at a difficult angle for tightening. The bad, Since the carseat can convert to a booster, the top and bottom detach from one another. My problem with it is that they don't have any kind of latching mechanism to keep them together when using it as a forward facing harnessed seat, the top just kind of hooks into the bottom. If you're carrying the car seat for any reason they easily detach from each other causing a bit of a mess with the harness stringing through both of them and it's just awkward to hold it all together. It's a super lightweight seat and I would of loved to use it as a spare for anyone who may be driving my daughter or for airplane travel, but because of the two pieces easily coming apart its not a seat I want to move from car to car often or carry around. The manual also specifies that it cannot be used in an airplane as a booster, but doesn't say if it's approved for airplane use as a forward facing harnessed seat. Lastly, the seat is very basic with not much cushion or padding. All in all it's a decent and safe seat, but it's missing some essential features for me.

I wanted to love this 3 in 1 car seat/booster because I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, it was cute, and so versatile - in theory. We spent 30 minutes trying to install the seat in forward facing mode with the harness to where it would be sturdy and safe for our daughter. At no point could we get the seat strapped into the car to where it was snug and unmoving. Something was always loose. For that reason, we didn't even get to try it on a real ride because we are not convinced of its safety. Pros: it is light and my kids were excited to see it with the retro Mickey on the headrest. We will most likely give it another go in a few weeks, but as this is not our first rodeo in car seat installation, it was surprisingly difficult and unreliable at installation and that's a major drawback when utilizing a product that is for child safety.

This car seat was super easy to put together and install, with clear instructions for 3 modes in the manual. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The fabric is so soft and comfortable, my son was so excited to sit in it especially because of Mickey! My favorite features are the soft cushion behind the strap that goes between the legs, I haven't had that on any previous car seats and I really appreciate the additional comfort it will provide. Also the removable and dishwasher safe cup holders! I also love that it's a 3 in 1 and erases the need for additional booster seats.

Overall, we were really impressed with this car seat! We liked the simplicity of the design and the padding felt soft and supportive. The seat fit easily in both our truck and SUV and took less than 5 minutes to install. It was easy to get our toddler in and out of the seat relatively quickly. The buckle was a bit tricky to get used to at first as you have to push the button in order to release rather than pinch inward. We love that there are two cup holders making it much easier for our toddler to access his snacks and drink. We do love that it transitions into a booster seat and will grow with our child! So glad we were able to test this product out through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

We were so excited to get this seat from Stellar Panel product testing in the mail! It's design is so slim and sleek, very easy to get out of the box and came all assembled. The mickey mouse ears were enough to get my daughter excited. The seat was fairly easy to install, the lower latches gave a little trouble but not top bad. I love that this seat will grow with her.

I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My initial impression of this seat was that it was super cute. My toddler loved that Mickey was on it. I also noticed how slim this seat was compared to others we have had in the past. The design is sleek. It has cup holders, strap covers for comfortability and all the safety features you'd want in a car seat. It also feels very sturdy. This seat is a perfect in between seat for my larger toddler who isn't quite ready for a full booster seat. She was very pleased with her big girl carseat. I enjoyed this car seat for how safe I feel with her in it and how it will grow with her when she is ready to transition. I also enjoy how it easily fits in my smaller car with its slim and sleek design and it was extremely easy to install. My husband was able to install this car seat in about 5 minutes and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. My infant and my older child all fit in the back row of a four door sedan and my older child doesn't feel squished being in the middle of the two car seats. I recommend this car seat as a general car seat in any car but also for those of you looking for something on the slimmer side because you have 3+ kids to fit in the back seat.
