A: Hi Carolyn! To get the microphone working, ensure the boombox has fresh AA batteries installed and that the wired microphone is securely plugged into the mic jack.

Low Volume / no pre loaded songs
This music box only comes with one song loaded. You can Bluetooth and do any music / song but that’s kinda annoying. The volume is also not the best with Bluetooth. I pretty poor quality on high - loud volume.

Amazing value
So good!! Those that say it only plays one song… you do realize it has Bluetooth and once connected, it plays limitless songs? Frozen, Wicked, literally any song. I play from Spotify.
