My daughter loved this but I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn it off. It randomly starts singing all day and throughout the night. It is loud and is driving me crazy. I had to wrap her in a towel and stick her in a drawer last night.

How do i turn it off??!!!!
I cannot get this thing off and it’s driving me NUTS. It will start singing out of the blue - middle of the night is fun! - and just not stop. Have pushed all the buttons and nothing turns it off and keeps it off. If anyone has figured this out please share!!

Child loves it, I think its trash
Don’t use as a bath toy! When I bought this item, I didn’t realize it was a bath toy. I thought it would be a fun addition to the collection of singing princess dolls we already own. I might have told my toddler it wasn’t a bath toy if someone hadn’t accidentally read the features from the box on Christmas morning. My toddler received this on Christmas Day 2024, and by January 10th 2025 the speaker wasn’t working correctly. I assume from water damage, even though she has played with it as directed in the instructions. We have also stored / drained it as directed. The hair falls out in clumps every time it’s played with, and now Ariel is almost completely bald at the crown. Today, I noticed one of her arms seems loose. That’s less than a month of use and multiple problems. It might have been more durable if it hadn’t been used in the bath, but who knows.

Great while it lasted
My daughter loved this Ariel, until she stopped singing after 3 months. New batteries didn't help. Seems to be a common issue.

Amazing until it wasn't!
So so cute, love the way it lights the bath water up and sings underwater!! However it only lasted a couple months and then stopped working. I changed the battery but that didn’t help. Disappointing but it was awesome when it did work! There were one or two times I didnt let her completely dry upright so maybe that’s the reason..

Not waterproof!
My daughter is very sad that she cannot sing anymore. We had her in the bath a couple of times and now she doesn’t sing after changing the batteries.

Little mermaid doll
This Ariel was awesome. I was a little spectacle about putting it in the bath and it still working, but it has proven me wrong. My daughter loves how she will sing under the water, and loves to turn the lights off and have Ariel's lights on.

Not Waterproof
This is my daughter's second Ariel doll that has broke. The first she was gifted and when it broke a month later she was devastated. We took her to target to get another one and now once again the doll is broken and my daughter is heart broken again. The doll no longer sings or lights up. I tried changing the batteries and letting her sit out to dry. Do not spend your money on this doll.
