Some people are leaving bad reviews for these saying they don’t fit on shower curtain rods. They are meant to be slid on at the end, so they can’t fall off with normal use. You just pop off the end of your shower curtain rod, slide them all on, and then pop the end back on. These really are excellent quality rings that look lovely. Much nicer than the Room Essentials ones I had before and much prettier than some similar looking ones I ordered on Amazon. They’re also much more functional than most because you can super easily take off the curtain for laundering. Also, they look really nice with the Threshold brass shower curtain rod that’s currently for sale. I’m truly surprised that I’m leaving such a detailed review for such a basic product like a shower curtain ring, but they really are nice!

Opening didn’t fit on the shower curtain rod

Not sure why a lot of people complaining these don’t fit. I purchased the brass Threshold shower rod (with matches nicely) unscrewed the cap of the rod and slid these hooks with no issues at all. These are not designed to hook over the rod. They are way more elevated than the standard ones you see everywhere- just need to take literally a few seconds to feed through after removing shower cap 😉

Love the gold color and double hook, but the hook is too narrow to hook on to the shower curtain rod! SMH!! Ugh!

they don't fit. terrible design

They’re pretty but the opening of the hook where you hang it is so tiny it doesn’t fit on a normal sized shower curtain rod. Will have to return.

I love these shower curtain hooks. A few of the reviews gave them less stars because they were hard to get on or they thought they did not fit. It is very easy to take the end of the curtain rod off and slide the hooks on the rod. They fit perfect and they do not come off the rod when pulling the curtain. And, I love the design of two hooks so when I need to replace either the shower curtain or the liner I do not have to take the hooks off and on. They look very nice, fancy even.

I love how these look once they are up, but built too small to go over the rod so I have to unscrew rod from the wall which isn’t very practical.

Like other reviews, it's impossible to get these on your shower curtain rod without taking it down and unscrewing the end so you can add them to the rod. It's not the most practical and it's a pain in the rear. However, they are very cute once you get them on there. Also these babies are not going to fall off. I would have gave them 5 stars if they weren't so difficult to get on the rod.

I absolutely love the look of these but unfortunately I have to return them because they do not fit on the rod. Seems like a design flaw. So upsetting.

The hooks are a great color and love the functionality of them. Only downside was they were a bit hard to get onto the rod. But otherwise great!

I bought these in the store and did not take time to read the reviews. As everyone has said, I could not get them around a normal shower rod. I will be boxing them up for return.

Terrible no way to get these onto my curtain rod

These hooks are gorgeous, but if you have a mounted shower curtain rod it might not be the best option for you. The only way you can get them on the rod is to remove the rod and slide the rod through the opening of the hook. Personally it’s not worth the hassle of me removing my shower curtain rod to use, when I got equally cute ones that can just go on the rod as it is.
