Need to use with a separate conditioner.
It does help with dandruff; however, it leaves a film on my hair that makes my fine hair unmanageable--I end up with more tangles--and I always end up having to use a conditioner afterwards. Some other dandruff shampoos I use that do not include a conditioner left my hair feeling softer and more manageable than this dandruff shampoo/conditioner. For decades, I've been a regular, happy user of other Dove and Dove for men products, but this one is an outlier that is not satisfactory. I'm looking for an alternative.

Regular shampoo for men without anti-dandruff effects
The shampoo doesn't live up to the claimed effect, it's just a regular shampoo for men. The pleasant scent stays on the hair for almost a day, perhaps that's the only plus. The container leaked when turned upside down, maybe it's a specific issue with our bottle. Overall, I didn't expect a wow effect for such a price and didn't get one, it's all logical.
