Description
Dr. Brown’s® Ultra-Preemie™ level nipple is the slowest flowing nipple compared to any other brand on the market and 35% slower than the Dr. Brown’s® Preemie™ level nipple. Since it was created through a cohesive effort between medical professionals and Dr. Brown’s® engineers, the Ultra-Preemie™ nipple continues to be used as one of the most valuable intervention tools by top Feeding and Swallowing Specialists. The Ultra-Preemie level nipple offers the most consistent and precise bolus flow rate that has been shown to assist in managing the typical to complex oral feeding challenges observed infants at preterm, late preterm and term age. The reduced flow rate allows infants the ability to safely and successfully orally feed by supporting their swallow-breathe pattern with a reduced fluid bolus size and rate. Infants have been reported by medical teams in NICU’s and hospital nurseries to transition to full oral feedings in less time than if an infant was fed with a faster flowing nipple. The reduction of bolus size and delivery rate provides the support to the infant in establishing the bolus control for a safe and positive oral feeding experience. Great bottle
I love the fact of bringing glass bottles back I’m all about eco friendly! Very sturdy bottles my son dropped it numerous times no damage. My sons had terrible reflux since he was born he is now 9 months old and when we started using this bottle I noticed a huge change in his feedings... he threw up less and it has been amazing!

Dr. Brown’s Options+ Narrow Glass Baby Bottle
I was given this product to test in exchange for my honest review. In my opinion, this is a high quality baby bottle that would work well for most babies. First, the good: As a parent that is concerned about harmful chemicals leaching from plastic baby bottles, I was happy to see Dr. Brown's offering a glass option. The glass held up well through multiple washings and the bottle did not leak. My baby who had previously been drinking from Dr. Brown’s narrow plastic bottles readily accepted this bottle and its similar design. Now for the bad: Something about the design of this bottle made my baby gassier than usual. I don’t know if it’s the extra air at the top of the bottle since it’s taller or a difference in the venting system. My baby has a sensitive stomach though and I know this will not be everyone’s experience with this bottle. Like other Dr. Brown’s bottles there are a lot of parts. The venting system is necessary for us, but it’s still annoying to wash. The silicone sleeve just seemed like another unnecessary extra part and we discontinued use of it after the first few times. All in all though, I still think this is one of the better glass bottles we have tried and I would recommend it to other parents.

Great glass bottle option
Everything went really well with the glass bottle and we have the pickiest little man. Exactly what you would expect from Dr. Browns. Only took away one star because the silicone sleeve did not work for us. Fantastic overall!

Great Bottle
this bottle was great to use with my 3 month old and the silicone sleeve made it easy to hold. The 8oz bottle is quite large which is why is it only 4 stars but over all this was an amazing bottle to use.

We liked a lot
I didn’t think we would like the glass bottle, because really babies and glass don’t seem to mix but they were easier to clean and the glass seems more sanitary. We ended up liking them a lot.

Best bottle for my micro preemie
I received the bottles 3 weeks ago and they are the best. My daughter has gerd very bad and while using the bottles she did not throw up as much as she did with all the countless bottles we have tried. I will definitely be purchasing more bottles and telling all my friends to use them as well for their babies. Thank you for making such a great product!!!

It did the job
I loved the glass bottle idea. The sleeve was a good gesture but I couldn’t get it on to save my life! Also, the bottle kept his formula cold, which he didn’t like. Even with warming it up, it made him not want to eat it. I like them, but they are also heavy. They were ok.

Idea is great!
Bottle was SO easy to clean and manage! Baby took the nipple right away after previously using Dr. Brown's bottles. Silicone sleeve was a bit difficult to put on, but I found that wetting it with a little water made it slide on easier.

I got this as a sample to try out and overall I really liked the product as much as the plastic bottles they offer. I feel better having the silicon sleeve on, and other than being a bit heavy to hold, it works well and we didn’t have any issues with it.

Great Option!
We use these bottles on a daily basis! Baby has no spit-up, gas, or colic. Must use the silicone sleeve if going to be near hard surfaces. Very easy to clean.

Great glass bottle!
As far as glass bottles go, this one was great. The numbers are super easy to read, and it heats up easily in a bowl of warm water. I also loved that the top and inserts were interchangeable with some of the older Dr. Browns bottle parts. My only negative is that because it is glass, you just have to be careful. I wouldn’t necessarily use this for a baby that can hold/toss their own bottle.

I started using this bottle a few weeks ago and it has helped my baby with her gas so much!!!
