Q: Firm or soft? Are this and the "Dr Pillow Copper Gel 2 PACK Pillow" the same? They look the same from names. But in specifications, this one-pack says Fill Desity:Firm while two-pack says Soft.?

A: The Dr. Pillow Copper Gel Pillow 2 pack pillow set is the same as the single pillow, the pillow is both Firm and Soft, with memory foam fill.

The pillow did not expand. I had high hopes and allowed 72 hours for the pillow to take shape, but it remained flat. Thankfully it was easy to return at my local Target store.

I dont know if its just me. But I have the hardest time finding a perfect pillow. So I have been on a hunt for a while now, and I think this one is the winner. I love love love the cooling gel. It is wayyy bigger than I thought it was going to be, which is a huge plus and its great quality.
