How To Use:
STEP 1
Wipe inside of shoes clean.
STEP 2
Remove plastic backing and place ball of foot cushions in the forefront of shoes, with straight edge below toes, gel waves down.
Replace cushions after six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

Better for close toed shoes
These felt good to me in my close-toed pumps, but I did have to be more particular with how I placed it or I would be too aware of it. I have slim narrower feet, so I liked that the thickness helped reduced my foot sliding. They were a bit awkward with my strappy toe-out shoes, and gave me ugly toe scrunch. So, I like these in my pointed toe 3" Naturalizer heels, but for my strappy 4" heels I use Foot Petals, their cushions aren't so thick and they have more options for certain situations.

Wanted to love them but…
I got these to wear with pumps for an all-day modeling shoot. They were soft on the balls of my feet, but the extra bulk pushed the top of my foot uncomfortably into the vamp of the pump. I had to take them out after just a few minutes.
