Q: Since I'm not getting a response from DTI or PhatMojo to help correct my issue, maybe they will respond here. Why do the DLC codes not work, and how do I get this fixed? It's being typed in correctly.

A: you have to enter the codes on the computer! go to dress to impress on roblox on the computer, in the code section you should see DLC as an option, click that and type in the code. hope this helps!

Code Difficulty
Super cute dolls, however I had some issues redeeming the codes. I would suggest checking if your laptop has the DLC code option before buying these because if not it’s basically pointless. I tried with my mom’s laptop and there was no option to redeem the makeup but with my laptop it did. Luckily. I was worried because I bought 5 of these and there was a chance it wouldn’t even work. If you play mobile or tablet just make sure you have a working desktop/laptop to redeem the codes! Overall the makeup looks were super cute tho. Only 3 stars because of how much difficulty I had with the codes

Put on shelves or let people pick between 2
Same as the last one I got which is what I was afraid of also it should be out on shelves so others can pick I’m lucky but only when I pick the item . Having to let the store employees choose defeats the fun and purpose of it. Good part is getting it right away after figuring it out is quick picking it up and the doll is a good part Please let people pick from two at guest services and then other goes back where it was.
