I buy a lot of cranberries, and was surprised how empty and light this package felt when I pulled it out of the box. Sure enough...my kitchen scale says this 5 oz package of cranberries weighs in at 4.1 oz (packaging included). Shame on you, Good and Gather!

I used these for my cranberry walnut sourdough bread. They were the perfect amount of tang and sweetness the bread needed . I soaked them in some orange juice for a sweeter taste and the ate remained of the package as a snack later that night !
