Great helper
A real nice help when you have problems walking and standing. The rollator gives a big support when walking and you can sit whenever you want. Especially in shops where there is no chair at all, this is very convenient.

Love It
I received this a day earlier than expected which was great. It was in perfect condition, sturdy and very easy to assemble. It took me a hot 5 minutes to put together. The height of the seat is perfect to make it easy to sit down on and to get up from. The height of the handles are easy to adjust to your own comfort level.

NOT THE BEST DESIGN
I bought this walker after my stroke. The basket is a pain to deal with when folding the walker for car trips and replacing it. A soft bag style pouch with zipper would work better. Also the wheels have hubs that protrude and seem to get caught on things if you get too close. This could have been designed better. I am 6 foot tall and I find that it would be better if the hand grips were higher. The size would fit a woman better than a man my height. I would recommend spending a little more for their Nitro model.

Missing the most important part
I bought this, and it was missing the part that allows the handles to remain up. This renders the rollator functionally useless. I was relying on this for school in two days, and now I feel incredibly rushed to get a mobility device. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, the documentation needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive how you attach the basket. Incredibly disappointed.

Well made walker
A very heavy and well made walker with the exception of the cheap plastic wheels that break very easy. The gray wheels that have the heavy hubs are much better than the black wheels. When you place the order it's best to speak to a live person and state you want the Rollator walker with the heavy gray wheels and not the cheap and thin black wheels.

Only negative comment..why cannot the assembly instructions be printed on a one page "DO THIS FIRST" to avoid missteps.. BUT...product once assembled is excellent. Seat is comfortable. Removable underseat basket is very handy and easy to use. Adjustable height Hand Grips are very comfortable. Brake control is very easy to operate. The 23 1/2" total width (most of the competitors are too wide) fits easily thru two 24" doors that are not ADA compliant.
