Q: what is length from bar going across the front of the safety rail to the tip of the feet? if it comes out to far a walker may not be able to access the toilet.

My mom has arthritis in her hands, wrists and arms. Her elbows and wrists don’t bend. The way she has to hold the bars when getting up makes it tip forward. Should have a weighted bottom.

Simple, Safe and Secure
I am beyond delighted with this product! It assembled in minutes, slid into place easily and now provides me with the safety and security in the bathroom that I haven't had for a few years. Attaching the magazine rack is wholly optional: I added it and eliminated the rack I had on the floor, thereby freeing up more floor space. For anyone concerned about their size or mobility being an issue in using this unit, I am a plus-size senior with severe arthritis in both knees and hips and have absolutely no problems using it. This product is pure genius: so simple in design but it actually works! The purchase was money well spent and the shipment arrived, very securely packed, in only 3 days. I'm so pleased with this product that I'll be ordering a second unit for the other bathroom. Thank you, Drive!

Perfect toilet safety rail.
This unit is perfect for my elderly failing knees. I have used a garden kneeler for years, from necessity. This safety rail significantly improves my day. Thank you Drive Medical.
