Barely lasted 2 trips

Sad it didn’t survive 2 trips (less than a year). Airports are rough on luggage but I didn’t expect the “hard” shell to crack so easily since this is well known and should be the first thing they test the product for. I’m in the wrong business.

I would buy it again

Bought this for my dad for work, and he likes it because of the TSA locks and it is small enough to go on board the plane with him. The big one will have to go underneath the plane.

Good enough but....

Purchased this item last month. This hand luggage got the job done with extra storage space however on the front lower portion of the wheels, a crack developed which I had to glue back in place. No, this was never put under the plane. This item was used once as hand luggage, so I’m not sure when the crack formed. It was not there when I first receive the item. Given the price I paid, it should have lasted much longer.

Poor Quality Do Not Recommend

First of all, it arrived damaged. One of the back corners were dented. Only the top, front corners have plastic protectors but the top, back 2 do not. For the price range, they really should have all 4 corners protected. Also the zipper feels very cheap. It does not zip smoothly and there were multiple pieces of thread sticking it along the zipper. It’s getting returned.
