Q: I take a dulcolax soft chew daily to keep me some what regular. wondering if these daily will even be enough? it’s less than half the daily dose i’ve been taking over a year now. I don’t know if the chews are as safe for daily use as these?

It is non stimulation which is good because there's no cramping. It tastes good and is easy to swallow. It is not hard to chew and does not stick to my teeth. It comes in a plastic bottle with a tamper resistant lid.
