Happy surprise!

At first I was disappointed because I thought it wasn't giving off any heat. It would only stay on for 3 minutes and then go off for 10 and come back on for 3 minutes. I got on and read and realized that there are settings on the heater that can be turned up higher. Now it stays on and is heating up good. I love it. I always loved how it looks. It is very cozy and beautiful. It's light weight, easy to move. I was disappointed that it is plastic but it doesn't look plastic so that's good. I really am thrilled this heater has turned out to be a great one. It looks beautiful and it heats everything great now that I turned it up.

Stopped working

Last winter I used this model of Duraflame, as I owe another model. Unfortunately this one doesn't turn on. Changed remote batteries and still doesn't work. Need help or replacement

Cute little Fireplace

I liked that this model had a remote. That was why I purchased this model. The fireplace is absolutely adorable and I’m very happy with the overall appearance and function especially the ability to adjust the brightness of the flame. I was a little bit let down by the area that was heated. I recognize that it’s a space heater and all and it did do the job when I was sitting right in front of it but that’s about it. I was also a little confused as mine seemed to heat up for 2-3 minutes at a time and then shut off for ten and continue on in that fashion and I wasn’t sure if that was its standard function. I mainly use it for the flame function so it’s okay.

It's so cute!

I wanted a space heater to heat up my backroom that doesn't get as warm as the rest of the house but wanted something cute. This thing is adorable! The fire looks a little fake on the highest setting but looks pretty good with a middle setting. Unfortunately the remote only controls turning the heat on and off, not the temperature, but it's not a big deal to get up and change that if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect stove for all seasons. I love that you can use the heat feature or just the flames. All year round I get to enjoy the appearance of sitting fireside! The heater is SHOCKINGLY warm. I truly was surprised at how quickly this stove warmed my livingroom. Its perfect for this time of year ( FALL) . We arent ready to use our furnace daily and don`t need to now. We turn on the stove to remove the chill in the air then remotely turn it off from the comfort of my couch. The top does NOT get hot or warm which eased my mind from out cats getting burned. The heat comes from bottom front thru blower so no part of stove is hot to the touch.

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the durable electric stove and it works great! I love the decorative front. It blends in with the rest of my furniture and I wont have store it after winter. It has the blowers on the bottom blowing straight out. The only problem I see with that, is I'm going to have to make sure my fat lazy cat doesn't sit directly in front of it and singe her fur. It works amazing. I would definitely get another one.

I love it and would surely recommend this to everyone I know. It was actually able to heat my whole apartment. I have wanted one of these for so long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it in a smaller family sitting area. Looks nice against the wall. It's not "ugly" like our other space heaters (like the radiator space heaters we use). It gives off a surprising amount of heat for its size. It has a few settings so you can select the flame and heat that matches your mood or need. Small enough to move around the house if you needed to. You plan on keeping it in one spot though. Overall excellent.

Pushes out the heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my DuraFlame stove! I thought with it being so small that it would help heat my room a little and look pretty with the flame. Let me tell you, this heats up quickly and heated the open kitchen, living room, hallway and the bathroom. It did not reach the bedrooms but pretty much heated the rest of the house. Granted its probably only 1000 sq. feet it really surprised me how much it heated and kept it heated. Super impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an amazing electric stove I have had. It heats so well in our living room area. It is all metal and it doesn’t heat up on the outside just the area where the heat comes out from which is the bottom. My dog loves sitting by it and getting warm, I’m so happy he can sit by it and be safe. The remote is perfect for when we are just sitting and don’t need to get up to turn it on. The fireplace feel is awesome and looks like logs are burning inside. It is not heavy like I thought it would be so it’s perfect to carry around if I need it in another area in my home.

Easy assembly

Electric large stove

It adds little cabin in the woods feel to any room. On top of being visually pleasing to watch it also adds heat to any room. Great Product

Love the ambience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this little fireplace heater. It was easy to assemble...all I had to put on was the legs. Easy as snap them in place and secure with one screw. I’m one who doesn’t want to give in and put the heat on in my home. At first I was sceptical that it would heat my living room which is very large. I turned up the heat control to high and let it run for about half an hour to get the chill out of my living room. I was amazed at how well it worked. You can also change the brightness of the flame...from dim to bright...I like mine on bright. (Easy instructions for bulb replacement if it burns out) I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. Thanks duraflame for bringing some nightly ambience and warmth to my home!

I like that it doesn't have open elements and actual heat source is so well hidden. Great product and I would recommend the brand as well. I have never had a problem with anything from Duraflame.
