Can't disable Siren when Red/Blue Lights flash.

The 4k DVR System has very good resolution and the system is simple to use. One of the reasons I purchased this system was for the red and blue flashing lights on the camera's. For these flashing lights to be active, a siren also has to be active - NOT what I wanted.

The product fell below my expectations top I was expecting less false alarms which is apparently not achievable with this model stop I was expecting detecting a person is the friend and detecting a tree moving but that model doesn’t provide that despite the fact that it does have a heat sensor. I was also expecting To be able to activate the deterrent mode automatically when I switch to “away” status but it only works as a schedule The app has very limited options The app also has Manny bags and issues

Your camera can detect the movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. PIR sensors work optimally when the camera is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the camera the better the detection reliability. When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible. We just put ours up an was easy to set up ,but just inquiring one one of our camera's is abit blur any tips on why this is would be great.

In the past have used many cheap brands but they fail. Swann is a leader in the security industry and highly recommended pay the extra and get top quality. I only recommend using Swann products as the cheaper ones don't perform.
