Q: I would like to know why everyone is getting their eyelashes taken off by this? Are they going too hard with it? Are you suppost to be gentle with it?

A: The lash curler is to stiff, doesn't matter if you go gently or not. RETURNING

submitted bytja - 2 months agoA: I've never had a problem and have repurchased many times. If your worried about lashes falling out I'm sure it's user error. You obviously shouldn't go to violent on your eyes but you know what's most comfortable for you. Hope this helps!

I know a lot of other reviewers are saying that this lash curler doesn’t work for them, but surprisingly it works really well for me. Compared to more expensive ones this one is perfect for my eye shape and does a good job. It is also surprisingly affordable.

This is the only elf product that hasn’t worked for me, and i mean it was cheap, and now im seeing why. It just didn’t curl my lashes at all, and i had high expectations.

You might have been scrolling through reviews trying to decide whether you should buy this or not! This eyelash curler is terrible does not curl at all!!! Barely even presses down. DO NOT BUY THIS it wastes your time you will 99% return this item!! Have a great day!!!!!

I love this eyelash curler because it is so easy to apply. If you curl your eyelashes and then apply the elf clear brow, and lash mascara it makes them so long. 💗

I didn’t know how bad my old one was til I tried this one. It works pretty good, but it takes effort to get the outer corner lashes.

This curler was designed oddly; the hinge mechanism protrudes out too far. As a result, you need to push the curler into your face to be able to clamp on your eyelashes. It's very uncomfortable.

Do not be afraid to buy!! This product is amazing, it has never cut my eyelashes and it gives such a good curl. I have experimented a lot with my eyelashes and this is the lash curler I use everyday.

This product made me lose a lot of my eyelashes. It cuts my eyelashes without me even putting that much pressure in many of the reviews say it does this. I’m not the only one who has gone through this.
