I had been using the Bondi sands spf 50 for awhile already, but it is just SO greasy I had to stop using it and look for something else. I bought this elf spf on a whim and honestly I absolutely love it! It is extremely lightweight, feels like I have literally nothing on my face. Another plus is the lack of scent. I’m sensitive to scented products and this doesn’t smell like anything or leave any pervasive lingering scent. It does initially smell a bit like sunscreen, but it goes away within seconds. Overall the product itself is amazing: great consistency, easily spreadable, fast absorbing, not greasy, no scent. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that the tube is TINY. I’m so tired of constantly being told we need to protect from the sun every single day and companies capitalizing off that need by making great products and putting them in tiny bottles. For everyday use, and considering that you need two fingers worth of product every day for adequate sun protection, 1.7 oz really doesn’t last, it would be nice for at least a 5 oz tube.

The texture is great and easy to apply without having any white cast. I would buy this over any sunscreen for my face.

I don’t think it does too much in terms of making my makeup last longer. I try to focus this on my oily areas and areas where I get creasing, and that seems to make it work better.
