I tried Wish Garden's Sage Milk Reduction first, and it basically did nothing. I was in a massive amount of pain after weaning cold turkey before an upcoming trip. This tea has made me feel so much more comfortable and like it's actually doing something!

I wanted to like this tea. I love the brand and use many of their products. However, the teabags are not great. They tear when trying to open the packet and even when the bag is intact, some of the herbs get through the bag and into the water. I will be buying a different brand of lactation tea. Please fix the teabags. If you don’t care about looseleaf in your tea, then go for it.

This tea really works! I’ve been drinking a cup a day for a week and I noticed I don’t have to hand express milk anymore to relieve discomfort. I’ve been slowly weaning for a few months and recently cut out my last nursing session and was struggling with my milk production not slowing down as much as I had hoped. This tea seemed to help. The taste is not the most pleasant, it’s kind of bitter. I feel like if they added some lemon balm or licorice root it would disguise the other flavors a little more. But it gets the job done!

This tea works! I tried to stop nursing cold-turkey after 10 months of nursing my LO and was really struggling to get my supply to drop on its own. I had done everything; peppermint oil, cabbage leaves, Sudafed, etc) but after only taking the tea x2 I saw a HUGE difference in my supply and was much more comfortable. Highly suggest for any moms looking to wean and avoid clogging ducts.

I bought this tea to decrease my oversupply and it works! I started drinking one cup a day the first few days and noticed a decrease in supply immediately. Now, I drink one cup every other day to manage my oversupply. Bye-bye clogged ducts!

I don’t have babies, but this tea is magic when I get my period. Definitely helps to drink it for the days leading up to and during your period. Very light flavor and not too bitter. I’ve tried other brands but earth mama is the best!
