A: Earth Mama tea bags are made from wood pulp and abaca with thermoplastic fibers for the heat seal. Because all of Earth Mama's teas are 100% USDA Certified Organic, each one of the ingredients is required to be certified 100% organic in and of itself too. This includes the paper tea bags, which are not processed with chlorine, dioxins, and/or epichlorohydrin, and have been analyzed and approved by Food Chain for Non-GMO Project Verified status.

You can find better
Definitely better raspberry leaf teas out there, they get you by putting this in the postpartum isle. Don’t fall for it, leaves large chunks of the tea in your cup as the tea bag dissolves and hardly has any flavor.

I haven't used it long enough to know how well it helps with period cramps. . but the flavor is nice. It's pricey with less tea bags then other boxes but if it does what it claims then it'll be worth it to me.

So yummy and soothing! Just needs better packaging.
This tea is so good and so easy on the stomach! I’m 39.5 weeks with my second baby and no signs of real labor yet so I can’t say if it helps for labor, but I’ve been drinking it every night since 36 weeks and I can say it has been so yummy and soothing! I just wish the packaging was a little better because I keep ripping tea bags as I’m trying to take them out lol.

During my last few weeks before little was born, I was experiencing cramping and just very uncomfortable. I remembered my tea I had and instantly the warmth coupled with the soothing and relaxing properties took over and I was finally able to relax with less cramping.

Raspberry tea
I bought this tea for my daughter who is going to have her first baby. But I was curious to try it. The flavor is pretty plain without some sweetness added but that's ok because that proves it is pure leaves and nothing else. I am glad I bought this tea.
