Maybe for you, but not for me
This tea gave me a stomach ache and headache. I may have tried to drink too much at once and the fenugreek is strong. I did not notice an increase in supply, but it might work for you. You don't know until you try!

DO NOT USE IF PREMIE BABY! I delivered by son at 34 weeks and purchased this tea as my milk supply was non existent. It does help produce milk but my baby is so small he could not digest the fenugreek and had bloody stools. nicu doctor advised to stop immediately. Consult your doctor and a lactation specialist before buying anything.

Milk supporting tea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baby is napping, daddy has the big girls and I finally get a chance to settle down with a warm drink. Right now my warm drink of choice is the Mother's Milk tea by @tradmedicinals. Not only is it a great tasting tea it has ingredients proven to help many moms support milk supply. I love it hot but can also be enjoyed iced, sweetened or unsweetened. I've used this tea with all of my babies and while maybe it's as much the mental break my tea time gives me I do feel it does increase my supply afterwards. @influenster @tradmedicinals #complimentary

With natural ingredients that are shown to boost lactation for Breast feeding mothers it definitely helps amp up milk production and keep it strong. Especially in the early days of breastfeeding the peace of mind of working on your supply is invaluable. This tea is definitely strong it has a heavy black licorice flavor and a strong scent while it brews. Initially it wasn’t my favorite flavor but I grew to like it after a couple of cups. I love the quotes on each bag and look forward to reading it while I sip my tea. I have tried some other varieties from this brand as well and have never been disappointed.
