I love the taste of this. Raspberry tea leaf has a mild flavor that is fruity and tannic. It's also caffeine free, which I love, because I often drink this in the evening during the time of my menstruation to help relieve cramps. I love drinking this even when I'm not on my menstrual cycle, just because I love the refreshing taste.

Peppermint Tea is More Effective at Relieving Menstrual Cramps
I like that Traditional Medicinals has swapped out plastic lining for foil and that they don't use staples. But this Raspberry Leaf tea did nothing for me. In fact, their Peppermint tea helped my menstrual cramps better than this did. The flavor is very subtle and, like their Dandelion Root tea, it irritates my throat, causing shortness of breath. I am not a fan and will never use it again.

Works wonders
I have been drinking this tea for years and it has helped regulate and shorten my periods. Only con: it never seems to be in stock in stores. Had surgery and my period is totally out of control, and every time I try to order it - nothing. Whoever is buying this tea out, please stop hoarding it. You aren’t helping anyone. Besides that, this is great for you.
