Calming tea
One of my new favorite tea’s. I just purchased this and have not finished the box yet. I want to give it 5 stars but I read it helps with skin and I haven’t noticed any real change on that yet but maybe I need to continue drinking this for a bit before I may notice any change. Still recommend this tea.

Slimming effect and relaxing bedtime routine
When I drink this tea before I go to bed, I notice two things. One is that I have to use the bathroom a few times before falling asleep which yes is annoying. But the other is that I feel slimmer and less bloated in the mornings. I think it helps with fluid retention and does have detox ingredients. This tea has a nice taste to it and I do not add sweetener. I always have it on hand.

This box of tea was an amazing selection with no caffeine inside. Everyday I did this one first for 2 weeks and now I'm on the 1 week break. It just really makes me feel great and I just keep wanting more and more of it. It really grew on me. I would highly recommend this for a detox drink. So delicious and good for you. I'll be back for more!!!

this is SO GROSS
BRUH THIS IS NASTYYY 😭the first time i had it i couldn’t even drink it cause it smelled so bad and i even added honey. and the second time i had two sips of it after i added over 2 tbsp of honey and a bunch of sugar… it’s SO gross and smells like a moldy garden

Day 2 of the tea (which was my off day) I had to stay home. It kicked in lol nonstop going to the bathroom. Feel less bloated! So far so good! I will be buying more! Just add a lemon wedge and you will be fine! Taste not that bad!

It definitely works… I took it and the next day it started to kick in… I didn’t take it again until two weeks later bcuz it was still working.. I always add my own honey and that makes it taste good.. 1 cup was enough for me but if you drink two cups in one day, be prepared to stay home..

now that it’s been a full week, i can finally review this tea! i was struggling with PMS bloating for 6 days, extremely uncomfortable, and i had so much gas. started drinking this tea twice a day (before meals in the am while i did skin care & right before bed while doom scrolling) and my bloating pretty much disappeared. i’m usually a pretty “regular” person but this is brought me to the next level, i’m even MORE regular if you know what i’m sayin’ ;) i add a lemon wedge and 1tsp of homemade simple syrup and i love this tea. it’s also really good when i’ve had a week of poor eating! i was also having A LOT of forehead acne due to my imbalanced gut and now my skin has pretty much completely cleared up. i will definitely be buying this regularly!

Give 1-2wks to see it work. I drank 1 sometimes 2 cups a day (one tea bag per cup) about 4-5x a week. I didn’t notice anything until 2wks in. I felt some abdominal discomfort with gas pain and around where my kidneys are one morning. It occurred to me then it must of been the tea working. I had a BM and felt great afterward. I would recommend trying this. But do add a squeeze of lemon and honey for sure as taste alone isn’t as appealing.

This tea is nice, I love the blend. I see the difference in my skin. I love the taste of this tea, it does make me really sleepy though. I'm not sure why I get so sleepy from this tea. I have yet to pinpoint which exact herb is the culprit. So for me, this is a perfect evening tea.

I bought this tea to help with bloating and a little constipation. I initially only used one tea bag not knowing the directions are for two tea bags per cup but it didn’t matter because this tea did not help at all. If anything, it made me feel bloated. I don’t recommend this tea. I’ve had the smooth move tea before and it worked well. I will be going back to that one.
