Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Herb Tea - 16ct

My wife handed me two bags of the smooth move tea and suggested I use both of them after i expressed my belief in being constipated. I’m glad I had the common sense to use 1 bag now that I’m reading reviews while currently sitting confined to the lavatory. The product works I didn’t cramp I just had the feeling I need to go to handle business right at that moment.

This tea works magnificently and within less than 24 hours I'm able to have a bowel movement. I suggest drinking this tea at night and by morning you should be good to go. This is the best laxative I've ever taken in my opinion. It's gentle enough, doesn't hurt my stomach, and perfect when I'm traveling and have some constipation going on

I drank with tea this morning and ate prunes for lunch and by 7 p.m. I was using the bathroom and it cleaned me out 🤣 had diahrrea but it’s okay I’m always constipated so this helped a lot!

i lay in bed at 2 am as i type this. i was just awoken by intense stomach cramps and i thought i was gonna die but i just had to go to the bathroom. as someone who has been constipated for a few months, i feel relieved yet also concerned that this product is witchcraft. i went two other times today and they were the first normal bowel movements i’ve had in a long time. so in that sense, it was worth it (this is my third night taking it). however i may cool it for a while until i feel i need it again, as my stool is getting looser, and stomach cramps more intense. i rated 4 stars because of the unexpected and INTENSE pain, but i am honestly happy with the results. decide your own fate.

Not a good long term solution for chronic constipation. It’s a stimulating bowel movement not in a gentle way. Maybe slightly more gently than miralax but not a lot. I researched it and the tea company has an article stating so.

I tried using this tea after weight loss surgery a few years ago due to constipation and inability to have a BM for a few days at a time. At first the tea did work and I was able to handle the terrible licorice like taste and slight cramps but last night I almost made a trip to the ER. I drank the tea as instructed before bed and woke up at 4am to the WORST cramping I have ever experienced! In fact the worst pain I’ve felt probably ever! I have had a child and two major surgeries so my pain tolerance is rather high. I got up to go to the toilet thinking that the cramps were my trigger to poop, but instead I was bent over on the toilet in pain and in a cold sweat. I also couldn’t poop. I stood up to go back to bed and get a heating pad hoping it would relieve the cramping pain. As I stood up I blacked out and hit the floor busting my lip and scratching my nose. I know there are a lot of positive reviews and clearly many people love this stuff, but it DID NOT work for me, and resulted in a terrifying experience! Use at your discretion and be warned!

I don’t how how long this is supposed to persist, but i drank a cup of this tea yesterday morning and i am still going the next day… y’all be careful

Had tried miralax before I tried this tea and the tea is powerful! Super reliable. Empties my whole bowels from one cup of tea, so be careful and maybe drink on a night before a day when you can relax.

After a very complicated bowel surgery for cancer I’ve had ongoing problems with constipation.I’ve tried everything. Metamucil, Metamucil Gummies,Miralax and medications such as Colace..tried drinking Prune Juice but that gave me the opposite effect! After drinking 1 cup of Smooth Moves Tea in the evening after dinner I found it soothing and experienced no cramps or bowel problems and voila!The next morning has several regular bowel movements with no straining! I’d also mention that I started out drinking the traditional flavor tea and then later on tried the Peppermint Tea which is my favorite..drinking that Peppermint tea at nighttime is very relaxing. The effectiveness of Smooth Moves lies in using Senna Leaf,a natural ingredient as well as Licorice Root and fennel and peppermint..all easily digestible without having to use medications or artificial ingredients like Polyethylene Glycol (Miralax) to stimulate you in bowel movements. So,to sum it up,Smooth Moves provides a safe and gentle way to stimulate the body's digestive system into relieving constipation without feeling uncomfortable or bloated..I highly recommend you make yourself a cup of tea tonight before trying other laxative products that are available and feel the results yourself!

Hit me out of nowhere . Extreme pain . Had to run home without my dignity and take the worst number 2 of my life .

This tea hit me out of nowhere. Was painful at first I had to Chinese evacuate from what I was doing and run home and take the craziest crap of my life . It came in five different sprits and was painful in between . Use with caution .

I should’ve read the reviews. Taste is great, slightly like licorice. But my god I have already been to the bathroom 3 times in the last 20 minutes begging for mercy. Only drink if you’re near a bathroom all day.

I don’t know how this tea has such good reviews.10 hours later and all I have is a crippling stomach ache to accompany my prior issue... Taste was good with lemon and honey, but that’s the only pro I have.

Constipation happens and the tea works when you need it to. I didn’t have a BM for 4-5 days, drank about 8oz, the next the day I used the bathroom 4 times. Like many reviews, the first BM is normal and they get exponentially “urgent” after that–so definitely plan ahead to be near a toilet!!

This tea really works!! Not only does it help with constipation, but it helps pass gas too. It won’t have you running to the bathroom hoping you will make it, but it will make you go. I had mild cramping which I didn’t mind because I know it was tea working. It’s not the best tasting tea but I didn’t buy it for the taste.

I have struggled with consistent bowel movements and food sensitivities, causing my stomach to bloat and get constipated about every other day. I drink this at night and the next morning you bet the smooth move is smooth movin'! Very much recommend if you need some extra support and certain foods don't agree with you.

This stuff right here… will work. It’s not harsh like laxatives try this all natural tea. This will clear you out gently, no stomach aches. I use this all the time whenever I need a good cleanse. I will forever use this!
