I like the book, it's very informative. I haven't completed reading it yet but did skip ahead to my blood type diet and eliminated the avoid foods and increased the beneficial foods and I have noticed a big improvement in digestion, sleep and some weight loss and it's only been about 5 days. It is a little scientific in some parts where it talks about history of the blood type and how everything relates but you can skip some of that if you aren't interested. I think if you are having trouble with any health issues or looking to lose some weight then this book is really worth getting and giving the diet a try.
