I’ve had this towel rack for a few years now. When purchased I had so much going on as we’d just moved & had painting & such going on, I didn’t assemble right away. When I did the set screws were missing. Again took me a bit but I contacted the company by phone to see if they’d send me two very small set screws. I was told I had to send in a copy of the receipt & what was missing to a certain address. They then would review my information & decide if they’ll send it to me. After their review they’ll get back to me. I usually save all receipts & paperwork from new items but inadvertently I lost the receipt. I told her this & she replied that was too bad, there’s nothing else you can do. I spent 100. on this item. I can take a picture of it for you in my bathroom, we can FaceTime! I’m not calling them to run off with two set screws. Honestly they purchase in bulk, how much do they cost, 10 cents? I haven’t bought set screws yet, I’m still angry. Every time this thing wobbles from no set screws I cringe! I would never buy from this company again! I’ve had friends ask me where I got it & I tell them my story & to go with a different company!
