Perfect present for grandson

Perfect present for 3 year old grandson who loves tools and trains. Lovely bright colours and grandson was able to build the train and unbuild it without too much help. Drill was a huge hit

I would strongly recommend this product

I wanted something that my 2.5 year old grandson (who has far too many toys already!) could both enjoy playing with and learn from, this train fits the bill perfectly. He loves playing with it as a toy and is fascinated by using the tool to screw and unscrew the various parts. At the simplest level, watching him separate and re-connect the train and carriages and working out that there is a maximum speed at which you can move the "train" around is very satisfying. To be clear, he still needs some guidance in this but his attention span and interest grows each time that we play with it. At the moment it is his "go-to" toy as soon as he comes into the house. I have one caveat, It is not as ruggedly constructed as some toys and probably wouldn't stand up to very hard treatment, so if the recipient child is still in the habit or hurling toys around, some care needs to be taken with it but it is in no way "delicate".

Toddler's Dream!

I love this train! My two year old is able to operate the drill with little to no help. This keeps him busy. Great purchase!

Will be buying another!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift for my grandson's 3rd birthday. He loved it and enjoyed take it apart!!! Will have to buy his younger brother one for Christmas, as he wanted to play with it too! Builds good eye and hand coordination.
