Description
Book Synopsis
Emotions are not precisely discreet or quiet companions; often, they can be imprudent, impulsive, and even aggressive. Additionally, they have to deal with the emotions of others. Mastering them is not easy, and many would say they don't understand them because we can't seem to find a pattern to their functioning. But perhaps it's time for that to change.
With this book, the author attempts to unravel some of the mysteries surrounding emotions and, above all, much of their language. Even though it often seems incomprehensible, everything related to emotions contains more logic than we might imagine.
Emotions are an inherent part of any normally functioning human being, and they aim to fulfill their mission, even if we don't quite understand what that is. Each one has its purpose, and they don't wait to be fully understood before they start working. On the contrary, they force us to learn through trial and error, which is why it's crucial to understand their precise functioning and straightforward language.
Emotions must become our assistant, not the obstacle they so often seem to be!
