Can't put last screw on.

I stayed in airbnb and they have similar chairs, so we liked them and saw this on Target, and ordered. Arrived today. After assembly, found a problem. The last screw won't fit in, so it's a hazard. The is that the hole on the frame side doesn't correctly fit the seat side. One possibility is that there are two sets in the package, and there might be a good fit for (a, b), and (A, B), but I did (a, B), and (A, b). So how do I know before hand? I already tighted the first one up. I am not going to disassemble it. Unless the two sets can fit each other, some one will end up like this.
