A: No. the profile is aluminum metal and has a hollow back. Each poster comes with wall hangers riveted to the backing.

A: Yes, I did not use the mat on my print. I put it behind the print to keep it safe if I ever do want to use it.

Q: since the wall hangers are recessed so much, how do you actually hang it? I cannot use screws/anchors in my wall, and a hanging wire is not recommended. What else can be done?

A: Hi there, to accommodate the recess using the sawtooth, turn the screw outward so it sticks out enough to catch the sawtooth—about 1/4" from the wall is a good starting point. Verify the anchor is securely in the wall. Also check the screw is sized properly to work with the anchor and also fits the sawtooth. A #4 x 1-3/8" flathead or panhead screw shall work for this application. Hope this helps and happy shopping!

Great for the price. I would prefer if it were actual glass, but that’s not what I purchased and it honestly looks so amazing up on the wall and is light and we just mounted it with a few command strips so that was nice and easy. Definitely recommended. I used it for 2 concert posters.

I thought it was real glass but it came with Plexiglass. The dual hanging system makes it difficult to hang, the frame is flimsy and looks cheap. Very poor quality for the price, definitely go to Home Goods for frames and avoid these.
Decent but the mat opening is 18x24, not 17.5" x 23.5" as described.

The quality is decent but, especially at this price, I was disappointend that my 18x24 print wasn't properly masked by the mat. I purchased this because the discription said "(actual opening 17.5" x 23.5")" which would be perfect for my print, but now I either need to reprint my work larger OR get a custom mat.

It’s a nice aluminum frame that is 16x16, there is no matting—the photo in the frame is sized to look like there is a 4” matting to 12x12 so the name is very deceiving

Great looking frame for an extreme fraction of a typical custom job cost. The metal clip hooks which keep the frame’s backing in place have a bit of space to slide up and down and adjust them as needed, to tightly grip the edges. The window is plastic and not glass, though still manages to look quite decent. There’s an invisible to the eye protective plastic wrap that clings to each side of the window panel, which needs to be removed before inserting artwork. I start at a top corner, and using an index finger, flick it towards myself to catch the “cling wrap” type plastic, then slowly peel it off at an angle. Be patient and work slowly with these Target frames. It’s worth the time considering the minimal cost for nice looking frames.
