Elite Cuisine 2qt Deep Fryer - Stainless Steel

Very easy to use. Just pour in the oil let it heat up throw in whatever's being fried & your good to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first small fryer I've had since the Fry Daddys were popular (yes I'm that old) I have a full size fish cooker but that isn't convenient for frying small meals, so I decided to try this fryer. The fryer is stainless steel which is a plus, it has a single fry basket with a place to set the basket to drain off the oil after frying, and immersible heating elements. I like the adjustable temperature settings, some fryers don't have that option. The cover has a window to view the food while cooking to help reduce splatters. There is a oil filter option to use if you want to filter and reuse your oil, that can save money on oil purchases. I'm pretty happy with this fryer, it's alot nicer than the older deep fryers I've used in the past. I would recommend this fryer for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a small deep fryer. The basket can hold about 2 chicken tenders, which is what I used it for. I really don't like frying food in my house because it makes a mess on the stovetop and surrounding areas, but this fryer solved that problem. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the surrounding area was after deep frying 8 sets of two chicken tenders. Also, I noticed my whole house didn't smell like fried food for days. It cooks evenly and is really very easy to use. Clean up is a bit of a process, but really not much more than cleaning after frying on the stovetop. The only extra step is having to clean the electric element. However, you are not spending time wiping the counters, cabinets, and floors with all the grease splatter as you would with cooking on the stove. This little machine does a good job frying and keeping your area clean and odors out. Definitely read all the instructions before using this machine.

This fryer does the job and makes the crispiest and juiciest fried chicken. We have also made tasty french fries and hush puppies in it.

It works great and the food we cooked in it was great! I like that this one is smaller so it does not take up a lot of space in my kitchen ! I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 qt Elite Gourmet Deep Fryer is on the fairly small side. Personally, I was not impressed. It did cook our meal well, but it took four baskets to cook our large shrimp - not jumbo size. Also, the handle is a bit on the heavy side, so the basket doesn’t sit level in the fryer. The basket does have a hook on the backside of the basket to where you can drain the cooked item before plating. If you are a single person, I would recommend this item, but not if you are a couple or a family with children. It is just too small. As far as appearance and functionality, it looks nice and works accordingly.

It does a great job with French fries and donuts - although I could only fit two donuts at a time. I like the submerged heating element style because the oil gets hotter faster and rebounds faster after dropping frozen foods in. I also like that it doesn’t take two gallons of oil and it is compact - overall a great addition to my kitchen. Five stars!

This product was very easy to use get it open I always wipe it out set it up and get to frying your favorite foods. It was very easy to set up it has a magnetic plug that you plug into the back of the unit then you plug it into the wall then you turn the dial to whatever temperature that you need for whatever product you are cooking and you're on your way to delicious fried food in a matter of minutes. I like how it has a maximum line for your oil so you don't overfill it it's built in on the inside of the pan I also love how when it's time to clean the pan that it comes right out making it easier to dispose of the old oil give it a good old wash with some Dawn and you're ready to dry and add fresh oil to cooking more. This product is very easy to use and the food it Cooks is very good I highly recommend this product

It didn't take long for the oil to heat up and the quality on how welly food was fried was phenomenal. It didn't take up.much room either. I totally reccomend this product you won't be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An okay fryer that I guess gets the job done but is built very cheap. The basket doesn't stay sitting in the pot level. The handle is heavier so it is always sitting crooked. Also, I almost burnt my fingers when trying to change the temperature when it was cooking. The hot steam releases from beneath the lid right by the temperature dial. Cheaply made, but it did get hot enough and made good fries. Just have to be careful not to burn yourself with the cheap cheap lid.

Remove the packaging, wash pieces, assemble the basket, slide in the heating element, plug in the cord, and add your high flashpoint oil. I can cook about two handfuls of fries per time, but they come out tasting delicious and crispy.

This product is the perfect size for two people. It also is small enough for small spaces. Another good thing is it is easy to clean.
