Mold in spout is inevitable - dont buy
I’ve been through 3 of these bottles, and the steel bottle body is great and cute, however and inevitably they all grow mold in the silicone spout, rendering them useless after a few months. I clean and dry them daily however the non-removable (ie non cleanable) spout is deep and full of crevices which make it impossible to clean/wipe off black mold. I’ve requested spout replacements from the company, so that has been generous, but I think I’m done with this bottle now. Parents- make sure removable parts and clean ability is high on your priority for water bottles, esp for young kids. Attached pics, but hard to see bc it’s deep in there

Piece of junk
Worked for about a month but now it leaks like crazy so hard to clean the mouth piece properly just get something better quality this is gonna be a no spilled all over my daughters back pack so many times

We don't use them due to spout being too difficult to remove for washing
We had the bpa free plastic version of these before, prefer stainless so we bought these ones - the spout on these is much harder to remove than the plastic version, to the point I avoid using these cups because I prefer not to fight it when it comes time to load the dishwasher. Will prob just donate them to get them out of our rotation all together.

Clear plastic covering wont close anymore
After about 2-3 weeks the plastic covering would not close. The cup is too pricey to stop working all of sudden. Don’t be fooled by the thermos like appearance, there is no insulation in this bottle, so water does not stay cool. The decoration comes off very easily on the outside. I do not scrub it there, It just comes off with the incidental soap and warm water from throughly washing the inside. Mostly we bought it because my young child loved the way it looked on the outside because there was a pop toy attached to it. And it performs as if a toddler picked it out for toddler reasons.
