I generally drink this after I go to the gym to replace the electrolytes I've lost through perspiring. Emergen-C contains Vitamin C for immune support, Vitamin B to increase energy without caffeine, and increases electrolytes. This has a tropical refreshing taste although the frizziness takes a little getting used to. This product would as be helpful to replenish your body when you feel under the weather.

However it does smell like vitamins but doesn’t taste like it smells. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t have any grittiness to it. The individual packets make these convenient to take on the go.

This came in a pack of 30. I found them very easy to mix in a cup of water and then sip over some ice. Very pleasant and the flavor was enjoyable. Certainly a good way to get some extra vitamin c immunity in me. I had never had this flavor before but it was refreshing. The natural fruity flavors were tasty.

Just take 6oz of water and pour the content of the package, Stir and drink. The flavor is very nice! I like it more than the original. It tastes like sparkling flavored water but better because you are getting antioxidants, vitamins and electrolytes. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [ I Received this product in exchange for my honest review ] What first attracted my attention with this Vitamin C drink was the bright and colorful packaging, which looked so appealing, I was so excited to try this out. I followed the directions and mixed up a packet with water. However, My first sip took me by surprise, it tasted like strawberry cream but with a hint of coconut and it is off tasting. I’m not a fan of coconut, so the flavor didn't appeal to me. There was a creamy, almost dessert-style flavor that I do not enjoy in beverages. In the other hand, I did feel a definite lift in energy and alertness afterward. The vitamin C and electrolytes did provide me with the boost I intended. While I wouldn't reach for that flavor again, I definitely see the value in this product for someone who loves tropical flavors and a quick, convenient boost to their energy and immunity routine. This product actually works but I just wish the flavor was more daily drinkable and not have coconut ingredient. It could great for someone who loves coconut flavors. I still recommend this to this coconut fans.

It is a tropical coconut flavor. It would have been nicer with ice cold water and not room temp. Overall I highly recommend.
