Love, love, love this planner! I bought one a couple of weeks ago and the pages were thick. I looked at several other planners and nothing is as great. Dates are printed on each page, stickers are included, and the front and back covers are thick and covered in strong plastic! It's also very colorful.

This new version SUCKS. This has been my go to planner for the last 7+ years. I stopped buying the expensive Erin Condren planners because I loved this one so much. Blue Sky changed it this year and now it's trash. The paper is so thin you can see the ink on the other side (the printing... not your pen). Flair pen bleeds right through. The pages feel flimsy and all the great details are gone. The plastic pocket is now paper. The vinyl stickers are paper. The colored rows are a drab gray. Such a disappointment.

The pages have multiple misprints for the full calendar tabs deeming it unusable. Example- October is printed as November but has all November holidays listed plus Halloween. The numbering on other pages is incorrect. It will start over randomly or repeat days.
Avoid if you purchased it last year.

This is still a great layout and I like the colorful pages. But the paper quality is much worse from previous years. I am still able to use my flair pens but erasing pencil for my lesson plans is making the pages wear out. Also the plastic cover is now square while the design cover page has rounded edges, so it looks unfinished and lower quailty. Not a big deal, but aesthetically it is a downgrade. I don't like the flat stickers in this year's edition vs. the coated ones from previous years. They look dull and not as colorful. Overall, this is much cheaper than years past. I am unsure if I will continue to purchase this planner in future years.

I have been purchasing this planner since Target began selling them. The paper quality is so cheap. I am returning it and purchasing a different one this year. :/ this is my favorite design with the bright colors but I need something that will hold up better.

As other reviews have mentioned, the quality has gone down dramatically. The pages are paper thin, see through, and have no sturdy-ness to them whatsoever. I absolutely LOVED my planner last year, but I think I will need to return this to get a higher quality planner. Pens will bleed through, pages will rip with erasers, and I’m sure the pages will tear out with simple page turns. Super disappointed as I thought I had found my planner for all future school years :(

This has been my go-to planner for the past three or so years- I still like that it is lightweight, its affordable price, and its formatting for planning. It has a layout that I prefer for planning, and although I’d like more space for notes I’m ok with it so I don’t have additional weight. I did notice the decrease in quality with the stickers (not a major flaw since I rarely use them) and the paper (more concerning) that other reviewers mentioned. Will update/re-review around September, after I have had some time to use it- this may be my last year with this planner though.

I’ve purchased this planner for the last 2 years and I’m beyond disappointed with this year’s (2025-2026) version. The cover pages are thinner, paper weight is shockingly thin compared to the previous versions, and stickers are lower quality as well. I know the pages will not hold up to daily use. Will be returning. Sad because I love the colors and cannot bring myself to spend the money for the full Emily Ley website’s teacher planner.

I have been buying this same planner every year for several years now. This is the first year that I am so disappointed because the quality has gone down so much. The paper weight of the pages is basically like binder paper and I am positive it will not hold up to a whole year of writing and erasing on the pages nearly as well as past versions. Also, if you use any kind of felt pen, it will definitely bleed through to the other side. The stickers are also no longer coated, which isn’t as much of an issue, but still makes it look cheap. I will sadly be returning this and moving on to a new planner.
