Good secure bag
Good secure bag. Like the choices of colors. Load with with bandages, gauze pads, tape, band aids and any other products to make it yours. You can add whatever you think you need.

OK
The bag is OK. Not great quality. More like something that would be given away at a trade show. OK for a small first aid kit, but definitely not something like an EMT jump kit. I wouldn't but another.

This bag is high quality and very roomy in order to hold all of my first aid supplies. It appears just like the picture and is bright enough to be spotted by others quickly in an emergency. Exactly what I was looking for!

I frequently go camping with my geriatric dogs and needed a first aid kit that I could tailor specifically to their needs. When the bag arrived, I was really skeptical that it would fit everything I had for them (at that time, my supplies filled a regular-sized reusable shopping bag). This little bag absorbed all of it! The zippers and material are strong enough that you can really stuff and compress the side pockets if needed, and without using the dividers the main compartment is large enough for all my bulkier supplies. I wasn't able to organize as much as I might have liked, but I did not have to make sacrifices on what I could fit and that's what matters to me most.

This is good size to keep
This is good size to keep basic first aid stuff in. I got it for in my vehicle. Has enough room for basic stuff like bandaids, gauze, SAM splint, ace wrap, Mylar blanket and other essentials. It only comes with a few bandaids so you have to put your own stuff in. Bag and zippers are good quality. There is a Velcro divider in main compartment which can be moved.

I originally bought these for several family shelters I worked with. Bought one for home! It's easily recognizable because I bought the red one. It holds quite a bit.

I did two identical expanded first aid kits both my spouse's and my cars. They are perfect for what I had in mind but I'm sure they wouldn be big enough for an actual first responder. As you can see from the pictures and my list I got a lot of stuff in there. We're planning several big family camping trips so my supplies were geared with that in mind, as well as common injuries and ailments.

If you pack your own firs
If you pack your own first aid or medical gear, this kit is solid. It's cheaper than most, and survived the trunk here in texas just fine, mostly exploding can incident happen in the trunk, the bag is only semi-water resistant, some of the spilled soda made it through the bag. my items inside were sealed in plastic so it's okay.I use the side pocket, one has two CAT/Recon Medical tourniquets. The right side pocket is the 'boo boo' pocket, quick access for band-aids and prep-wipes and 2x2 gauze, the typical 'everyday accidents'.Main pocket I have my combine pads, 4x4 gauze, kurlex/rolled gauze, typical meds, duct tape, shears, elastic bandages, space blanket, gloves, etc. A lot of repeated items that would be found in an IFAK but also try to include items I think be needed. Packed all in still has plenty of room to add more. Better packed for me than say a typical $10-12 big store first aid kit that is mostly band-aids. If you're already putting together your own IFAKs or medical gear, this bag is worth the look for a trunk/car kit. It's sturdy enough and I don't need it to survive a trek anywhere.
