Q: Anyone notice this formula doesn’t flow as well through nipple? Using newborn dr brown nipples and I think the rice starch makes it much harder for baby to suck out

A: Idk if this is the right option but I use the little nipple cleaners to widen the hole.... I push it right through the hole in the nipple. Works great for us!
submitted bySammie - 1 year agoA: it's thicker consistency because of the added rice. I had to move to a stage 2 nipple which since my baby started drinking this at 2 months and is now 6 months worked perfect.

Great Formula!
My baby has been on this formula for a little over a week and she has been significantly less gassy and spitting up less. She has silent reflux and this formula has been a great help. She’s sleeping better and eating well. Really happy with the switch

Gassy and still spit up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard mixed reviews about this, but decided to give it a try per our pediatrician. While he spit up less than normal, it seemed like it was thick (understandably) and he was choking on it when he did. Additionally, this caused us many sleepless nights due to gas. His stomach may just be sensitive, but we are back to tried and true Gentlease. If your baby does not have a gas issue, this may work for you.
