I've been sensitive to lactose most of my life, and these capsules have made it possible for me to enjoy multiple dairy products without feeling bloated or gassy. It works faster than Lactaid and I can take it with water, eliminating the need to have it dissolved in my mouth. It doesn't have a strong taste like other products, which is a plus.

I know a lot is related to my gallbladder and that thing unfortunately needs to get evicted. However, I have always become a little ill after having full fat dairy products and I do say this helped ease my symptoms. My first time trying a dairy aid. I will be purchasing again.

I’m a cheese fanatic but sometimes it upsets my stomach especially if I follow up a cheesy meal with some ice cream. I started taking this stuff in advance of eating these kinds of meals and it’s really helped with the stomach upset. The pills are reasonable sized and don’t have any weird taste when swallowing. I even tried taking two of them one time AFTER I had eaten too much dairy and they helped calm my stomach down. Very pleased overall.

This is so handy on those days that you ate too much dairy! It does work for me within 10-15 mins after taking it. Tablet is small enough and has no taste. Def worth the money!

You just take on before eating or drinking. I can now have as much ice cream as I want! I didn't have any side effects like bloating or gas as I've had from other pills I've tried. They're small so are easy to swallow which is also a plus! I will purchase these in the future to continue to enjoy ice cream! This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review.
