Back in Mexico I used to eat papaya which is super good for digestion so I had a some hope for it to work and it did! The flavor is good they are so fresh and easy to chew 😋 so far I am very happy with them and I might buy more

The first time I took them it was before I ate a snack plate of pepperoni and cheese, something that usually gives me a little stomach ache. The second time I took them was before ice cream. Both times, I did not get the bloating and tummy ache quickly after like usual. However, each time a couple hours after I was hit with really bad stomach cramps. To make sure it was these I took them before a basic meal of chicken breast, rice, and broccoli, and the same thing happened a couple hours later.

The papaya flavor is nice, but the minty aftertaste is a bit off-putting. Texture-wise, they’re easy to chew and dissolve quickly, which is convenient. The packaging is simple and travel-friendly, nothing fancy and does the job. For the price, they’re not bad, but considering the mild effects, I’m not sure they’re entirely worth it.
