[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always experienced bloating since my early 20s and have tried a few bloat control supplements. This one is the on that has worked the most for me. I'm very cautious of what I ingest now because of bloating, but it's been months since I've tried anything for bloating. I gave it a chance and I haven't had any side effects. It's in a capsule so you won't taste anything, unless you don't swallow it on time. If the capsule dissolves it does have a very sour taste. I will definitely recommend it and also keep it as a staple!

Great for bloating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to open packaging that is very eyecatching. I felt that this worked a little. Nothing crazy dramatic for me personally. There is 60 capsules per container, but you are to take 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals. So keep in mind this bottle will go quick. It’s nice but I don’t think taking 6 pills throughout the day works for me personally.

At first it seemed to help with meals, especially those with meat. But I'm not sure if it's the meal itself or the pill but I've been noticing sometimes I develop bad bloating after taking one of these pills. So perhaps my stomach enzymes are getting stronger and these pills are no longer needed or I'm having an adverse reaction to the formula. Either way not a great symptom since these pills are ment to help with bloating.

Although, a downside is that the daily dosage is very high for the amount of capsules you get. This means you will go through the box in no time.
