submitted byOblong Pillow - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: Not to be obnoxious but the first answer given is quite misleading. If you haven't already tried using this bleach, as the "expert" said, it'll work but it will strip the color out of your shirt, leaving it likely a dingy greyish color.

Don't even bother. Spend the extra get clorox. The bottle blew up during a drive up order luckly it was in a bag it did get on other things that I'm a little paranoid about. Washed the bottle off thinking it was the cap being loose. Nope ruined My towel and my shirt. Threw right in the trash. Recall these bottles and make them thicker. Contacted target did get complete refund. But still what a complete mess this made today. With everything going on in life this put me over the top today. I appreciate target's willingness to fix the problem but just don't buy this brand.

I purchased this bleach a few months ago and just opened it today. I don't use chlorine bleach very often. There are black, moldy looking bits floating everywhere throughout this bottle. I have no idea what it is. Seems odd that mold would grow in a sealed bottle of bleach.

if wanting for making bleached designs such as tie-dye, will stain a more whiteish grayish dull color than plain old regular bleach. which will leave a more colorful result, so not exactly what i was looking for. switching to plain bleach do i can get more yellowy hues on my green fabrics. gave 5 stars still bc does its job in terms of whitening. if wanting a white result, this one is the superior option over regular bleach.

I had no idea until I actually read the ingredients that this is chlorine bleach. It really should say “chlorine bleach” instead of just “bleach”. I got it for white towels, but I’m not using chlorine on my towels. So it just kind of sits around unused.
