The only way Epic can top this is if they offer lamb fay. I use 2:1 canola oil to duck fat for deep frying when I have trouble sourcing lamb fat.

Wild duck taste great with EPIC duck fat!
I harvest quite a few ducks in the fall. Nothing beats a canvasback breast seared in duck fat. Love the product. Shipping was fast.

Delish animal fat
Delicious, I am on the GAPS diet and I heard so much about duck fat. So I decided to order it along with other fats, and it is very unique, it almost taste like butter with brown sugar, but unsweetened! I haven’t had sugar in over a year due to Candida diet, but this fat is delish! I’m not sure what cage free means? Like is it wild, pastured? Or just cage free? I’d like to know for my reference :)

Duck and bison
I love these products!! Not only do I incorporate them into dishes for the family, but also for my dogs. I usually add a tablespoon or so into boiling water (along with olive/coconut oil) and then 2 cups of rice... THEY LOVE IT!!
